I love love love my five fingers. I wear them at the gym for my workouts including weight training, running, biking, and yoga. I can't find anything I can't do in them. My shin splints have been eliminated and I no longer have foot pain which was a major in problem in my workouts previously. I won't ever go back to normal athletic shoes!!
