so light. these are just as light with plenty of cushion for my heels. i ran the Houston Marathon with them and they were very comfortable and breathable. I truly recommend these shoes to anyone needs a cushioned shoe to run in.

I love Vibram 5 fingers. I concur with others that they give you this uncanny sense of liberation.
